Put Your Tulips Around 400 Years of History -
A flower arrangement exhibition
This affair brings back an Albany tradition that once was the prelude to Albany’s famed Tulip Festival. This flower arrangement exhibit returns as part of Albany’s Quadricentennial celebration. The event is open to the public and amateurs are welcome. Anyone who wishes to create an arrangement with tulips as the primary flower may do so by registering with the Albany Seedy Gardeners. Tulip arrangements will be displayed throughout the Albany Visitor Center located at Quackenbush Square on Broadway.
This event is also a part of Albany’s First Friday art exhibition and the Visitor’s Center history week.
Let's make it a part of your tradition.
If interested in participating in the exhibition, contact Janet at albanyseedygardeners@gmail.com
